At Optimyze, we understand that life can sometimes throw curveballs our way. To support our members during such times, we offer the option to temporarily freeze your membership.

How to Request a Freeze:

  • All freeze requests must be submitted in writing via the form below. 

  • Freeze requests can be made for a maximum of 60 days.

  • Valid reasons for freezing your membership include travel, medical reasons that prevent you from using our therapies, and temporary financial constraints. 

Process:

  • Submit your freeze request via our online platform.

  • Select your location of origin (where you signed up), select your reason, and select the date (10 days notice required) when you want your account to be reactivated (not to exceed 60 days).

Review and Approval:

  • Your request will be reviewed and processed by our management team within 72 hours.

  • Once approved, you will receive a confirmation with the date when your account will be active again.

Important Points:

  • Freezing your account allows you to temporarily pause your membership dues while retaining your current membership rate as stated in your contract.

  • Once your account is active again, you will regain access to all your sessions and membership benefits.

  • $15 fee per month to freeze (accounts can stay frozen for up to two months)

  • Rollovers from previous months are not able to be used while your account is frozen
