Rollover Benefits - Make the Most of Your Membership
Did you know that as an Optimyze member, you have access to our rollover feature? This benefit allows you to carry over unused sessions from one month to the next, ensuring you get the most out of your membership. Before deciding to cancel, consider how this feature might continue to provide value to you if you feel like you may have lost sessions for non-attendance.
Transfer your membership to a package
Packages provide you access to the center without the monthly recurring dues. Send us an email or text message and request a callback and our leadership team can explain and help you to transfer your membership.
How to Submit Your Cancellation Request:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing using the form below. This ensures that we have a clear and official record of your decision and can process your request accurately.
Timing of Cancellation:
Within 3 Days Post Auto-Charge: If your cancellation request is received within 3 days following your latest auto-charge, the current month will be considered your final month of membership. You will retain access to all member benefits during this time.
More Than 3 Days After Billing Cycle: If we receive your request more than 3 days after the auto-charge, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle. This means you will have another 30 days of access before your membership is fully concluded.
